Is reverse osmosis bad for you?
Not dangerous, but reverse osmosis removes the healthy minerals — calcium and magnesium — along with contaminants, which is why the WHO notes demineralised water is not ideal for long-term drinking without remineralisation. WELLQ’s activated carbon keeps those minerals in.
Does WELLQ remove minerals like RO?
