What does the annual service cost?
995 AED per year — all material costs included, from the filter cartridge to the UV lamp.
What happens during a service visit?
A certified technician performs a visual inspection, leak testing, disinfection, water pressure check, CO₂ level and cooling temperature check, and replaces the filter and UV lamp. Arrival, departure and materials are included.
How does the warranty work?
Every WELLQ system includes a manufacturer warranty. With the annual service package, your warranty extends up to 5 years.
How often does the filter need changing?
Around every 12 months or 6,000 litres. We remind you when it's time and handle the replacement.
