What does the Fraser cost?
The Fraser starts at AED 3,971.33 in polished chrome; brushed stainless, matte black and gold are AED 4,144. As a complete WELLQ system it starts at AED 12,605 incl. VAT.

Is installation included in the price?
Installation is a separate service at AED 1,242 — one visit, all fittings included, within Dubai (surcharge applies outside Dubai). Your independent lab test after installation is always included.
What warranty do I get?
Every WELLQ system includes a manufacturer warranty. With the annual service package (995 AED/year), your warranty extends up to 5 years.
Does the filter remove healthy minerals?
No. WELLQ uses activated carbon filtration, which removes chlorine and impurities while healthy minerals like calcium and magnesium stay in your water — unlike reverse osmosis systems.
How do I know the water is actually clean?
After installation, an independent, EIAC-accredited laboratory tests your water against GSO 149/2021 and issues a certificate — a full chemical and microbiological analysis, published and included with every system.

You can pay in installments via Tabby or Tamara, by cash on delivery, or by card and bank transfer.
