1. Operator

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website, the product configurator, booking tools, and any purchase of products or services from WELLQ®. By using the website you accept these terms.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices shown in the configurator and on product pages include UAE VAT (5%) and are stated in AED. Prices are indicative and subject to confirmation in a formal written quote. The final price depends on the chosen tap model, filtration system, installation complexity, and any additional services. A complete WELLQ® system includes the tap, filtration unit, professional installation, and an independent laboratory water test.

4. Orders and Quotes

Submitting an enquiry through the configurator or contact form does not constitute a binding order. A contract is formed only when WELLQ® issues a written order confirmation or quote accepted by the customer. We reserve the right to decline any order.

5. Installation

Installation is carried out by WELLQ®-certified technicians within 24 hours of confirmed appointment in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah (subject to availability). The customer must ensure access to the installation site, a functioning cold-water supply, and an electrical outlet where required. Additional plumbing or electrical work not included in the quote will be charged separately after prior approval.

6. Laboratory Testing

Every standard installation includes one independent laboratory water quality test. The test is conducted by an accredited third-party laboratory and analyses 40+ parameters. Results are provided to the customer within 5 to 10 business days. Additional tests may be ordered separately.

7. Warranty

WELLQ® tapware and filtration units carry a five-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of installation. The warranty does not cover: filter cartridges and CO₂ cylinders, which are consumables with their own replacement schedule; damage caused by improper use, unauthorised modification, or installation by non-certified personnel; damage from water pressure exceeding the rated specification; and normal wear and cosmetic changes. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to contact@wellq.ae with proof of purchase.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Custom-configured systems are manufactured to order and are not eligible for return. Standard catalogue items may be returned unused in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Installed products cannot be returned. Service bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

9. Payment

Payment is due as specified in the quote. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash. Late payments incur interest at the rate permitted under UAE law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, WELLQ® is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of easyDrink Middle East Trading L.L.C. or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright law. WELLQ® is a registered trademark.

12. Data Protection

Personal data collected through this website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
